Steve and I golf, many of our closest friends golf, and I've learned that choosing a course can be a lot like choosing a neighborhood. This guide brings both sides together so you can explore where to play—and where golf-course living might fit your next move.
More than a tee time
Some clubs welcome public play, some are semi-private, and others are tied closely to membership or homeownership. I've labeled each one to make the first step easier and identified golf-course communities where the real-estate connection matters.
I'm intentionally not publishing rates because they can change dramatically between summer and season. Always confirm current tee-time access, guest rules, memberships, renovations, and pricing with the course directly.

Golf communities can differ in important ways: bundled versus optional membership, equity or initiation fees, trail fees, food minimums, resident-only amenities, and wait lists. Those details deserve the same attention as the home itself.
I can help you compare homes, community fees, club structures, and lifestyle across Southwest Florida—without assuming every golfer wants the same kind of neighborhood.
